Fully appointed with new furnishings and equipment, you'll find everything you will ever need to enjoy a quick break or extended stay at this beautiful limestone and polished concrete contemporary home. Enjoy a barbeque and glass of Margaret River wine in the north facing outdoor living as the sun goes down.

Elysium House is a short drive to the coast with the famous “Surfers Point”, and surf breaks to suit most levels. There are also numerous mountain bike tracks and walks nearby.

The well stocked kitchen has ample work-space for creating a feast and merges seamlessly with the open plan living. Featuring a large fridge/ freezer, 900mm oven with 5 burner cooktop, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer and much more. Kids and kids alike will love the old school sit down gaming machine with over 60 games like Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders and Frogger! Wifi is included with your stay.

Elysium House can sleep 6 people in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Please enquire for bookings up to 8 guests.

Linen and towels are provided and laundered. We also have a washing machine (with detergent) and dryer should the need arise. Other amenities include dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea and coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels and serviettes.

This house is for family holidays only (as are all of our holiday homes), and is not a venue for functions, party house or to be used for large social gatherings. Holidays Margaret River does not accept bookings from Leavers or associated groups.

Elysium House is designed to be a home away from home, a place to get together with family and friends to escape for the weekend or longer.

Price quoted may not include use of all bedrooms. Price quoted is based on 2 people per bedroom. Example - 4 person booking = 2 bedrooms. There may be an additional charge for extra bedrooms if required. Please let us know how many bedrooms you require with your booking.
