Offering accommodation for up to eight people, The Bunker is the ideal getaway for a single family, extended family, or two families holidaying together. It is generously appointed with four individually styled rooms, two bathrooms, both upstairs and downstairs living areas with adjoining expansive outside decks and a large modern well-equipped kitchen.

The Bunker’s upstairs area has expansive views of the bay and adjacent hills. Opening the large stacker doors connects the outside half shaded merbau deck with the inside allowing for seamless entertaining. Prepare and cook to your hearts content while taking in the surrounding views in the huge modern kitchen complete with a classic AGA 6 burner and 4 compartment oven together with all the modern conveniences and space you’re used to at home.
The north facing living room is filled with natural light and warmth during the cooler months so you can sit back on the large comfortable modular couch and enjoy the outside view or unwind in front of the adjustable 55” UHD LCD smart TV. Alternatively connect your phone to the WIFI and listen to your favourite music either inside on the Yamaha soundbar or outside with the bluetooth speaker and amplifier system.
The house is fully insulated to keep you warm in winter and ceiling fans in the bedrooms in the warmer months.
The downstairs living area is equipped with a 47” HD LCD smart TV, DVD player and large 3.5 seater couch with chaise. It opens up to another massive deck area shaded from the sun that overlooks a whimsical tree lined garden and grassed area. Don’t be surprised to see some friendly local kangaroos hopping around in the early morning hours or the evenings, they provide great entertainment for the kids!
Linen and towels are provided and laundered. We also have a washing machine (with detergent) and dryer in the laundry should the need arise. Other amenities include dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea and coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels and serviettes.
Perfectly located close to the public reserve, football field and tennis courts as well as several world-renowned surf breaks, the incredible Cape to Cape tracks and Gracies general store being only a short 400m walk away. And of course all the delights that the South West has to offer are only a short drive away. Be sure to visit the local wineries, breweries and restaurants and all the specialty shops only found in Margaret River and its surrounds. But be sure to end the day at The Bunker with your loved ones on the upstairs deck watching the sun go down on yet another beautiful day.

A fantastic gem in the heart of Gracetown. We found the house perfect for all our needs as well as accommodating to all the small details that made our trip extra special. We had ladies weekend away and everything was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The view from the balcony in the morning was perfect to have a morning coffee on, hearing the waves crash and birds sing. We couldn’t recommend The Bunker any more, it’s a favourite of mine so far! And the hosts Carolyn abs Matt were extremely attentive and kind. Absolutely perfect A+++
