Home Break Gracetown is a comfortable, well-maintained traditional beach cottage with character nestled in beautiful Cowaramup Bay, Gracetown. The house is cosy and light and equipped with everything you need. Free wi-fi is included. Perfect for a family beach holiday or romantic getaway. We have amazing ocean views from upstairs and is only a 5 minute stroll to the beach.

Relax and enjoy the stunning views over to the famous North Point surf break from the main living area upstairs with ample natural light from the large windows. Equipped with a comfortable lounge suite and large flat screen TV, giving you that at home feeling. There is also an additional sitting room downstairs towards the back of the house, great for the kids!

The retro kitchen is very well stocked for those looking for cooking and baking wares with a super large separate walk in pantry. Featuring a large fridge/ freezer, electric hotplate and oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and much more. The dining table seats a large group with traditional bench seats. Our BBQ and outdoor setting can be found in the back area.

Linen and towels are provided and laundered, and there is a laundry with twin tub washing machine and dryer should you need.

Your pet is welcome. For many guests, dogs are not simply pets, they're part of the family. We open our doors to those canine friends who love to travel with their owners.

Many world class surf breaks are nearby, as well as being on the Cape to Cape Walk route. Gracetown is a quiet seaside community with the bigger towns located within a 15 minute drive. Home Break Gracetown is 400m to beach, and 400m to Gracie's Cafe and store which is bubbling with activity. Enjoy a coffee, a fabulous homemade pie and read the paper whilst watching and listening to the community hubbub. Tennis courts are also walking distance. Safe swimming beach/fishing/boating also close by.

Some of the region's most famous vineyards - Vasse Felix, Cullens, Brookland Valley, Peirro, Sandalford and Woodlands, to name a few, are virtually on the doorstep. Home Break Gracetown offers easy driving access to Margaret River, Yallingup and the South West's most idyllic beaches, as well as all other popular attractions like the Margaret River Chocolate Company and The Candy Cow in nearby Cowaramup.
