Great location for a private family getaway. Ideally situated amongst all of the wineries in the Margaret River area. Spotlessly clean and bigger than expected allowing privacy if necessary (when you have the whole house). Responsive and helpful hosts. 10/10.

BEYOND BEAUTIFUL

This property is beyond beautiful and perfect for anyone looking for a lovely getaway. I felt the house was even bigger than the picture showed. Plenty of room for a group of adults all wanting a master suite each or for multiple families. The house exceeded our expectations. It was spotless and provided every comfort you hope for on a weekend away. Would absolutely return to this property for future holidays.

GREAT HOUSE

Great house in a fantastic location. Almost smack bang half way between dunsborough and Margaret River and in a very central spot to some of the best wineries and breweries on Caves Road. Great place to come with a big group and relatively private and secluded.

PERFECT GETAWAY

Perfect getaway for a family or large group. Very spacious and lots of room for everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed. Amazing bush setting on a beautiful vineyard. Will be staying again for sure.

AMAZING SPACE

My friends and I - a group of 10 adults, 5 couples spent the weekend. Amazing space with separate sleeping areas all with king beds, and a fantastic communal and outside area when we all came together. Close to lots of sightseeing places in the south west. Can highly recommend!

SPACIOUS ACCOMMODATION

Great spacious accommodation allowing our family of 10 people to both relax and enjoy communally as well as everyone having own space as needed!! Beautiful location will definitely book again soon.

HUGE BATH TUBS

We loved staying at Carolyn’s place, the house was beautiful and so big that it more than comfortably got four families. Having our own bathrooms in each room was a big plus and the huge bath tubs were a win! We loved being surrounded by bush and going on bush walks to look at the wildflowers. Would definitely stay again!

EXCELLENT STAY!

We have had a wonderful weekend in this magnificent house close to Margaret River. We booked the whole lot and found it to be very pleasant and whilst all together the house allows you to still enjoy your privacy. The house is really furbished with very high class furniture and utensils and has a super deck where you can enjoy a Barbie amongst your friends. The linen and towels are of great quality and the king size beds are very comfortable. Carolyn is very helpful and she made sure all was in order. She accommodated us with a late check out time which we really appreciated. The house is close to Margaret River and the beaches and is situated on a wonderful wine estate. There is no noise from roads or whatsoever so you can really unwind. All in all a recommend break away place for your trips with family and friends down South!

GORGEOUS HOUSE IN A GREAT LOCATION

We rented the whole of flutes escape for our wedding weekend and it was perfect for the nine of us. Really high quality fixtures and fittings throughout - everyone especially enjoyed the jacuzzi tubs :)

HOLIDAY COMFORT

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this comfortable home. Accommodation of two adjoining Units and main house ideal for a party of ten. Home was very clean and kitchen well equipped. Plenty of car parking areas. Thank you to Carolyn who is already to answer queries and sort out any problems that may crop up.

In short, fantastic. What an awesome place. Whoever owns, designed and built it should be very happy and proud of themselves. The location is amongst natural bush land, can't see any neighbours. Luxury.

BEST PROPERTY BY FAR

Rented the entire property for a group of 10. Everyone had their own space and the finishings of this property were simply immaculate. Bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen were all beautifully presented and maintained and we couldn't say one bad thing about the place. The actual property is in beautiful bushland, which made the morning walks so peaceful and relaxing. Carolyn was also very accommodating to us and our specific needs. Highly recommended!

AMAZING RETREAT FOR THE ADULT FAMILY

We hired out all three chalets for a family celebration. The complex worked out amazingly well, giving each of the four couples enough room to enjoy each others company but also privacy. The meals and lounge area worked out well. Afternoons were spent at the surrounding wineries and breweries. A must for the larger group looking for something special.

GREAT STAY FOR OUR WEDDING PARTY

Our daughter was married nearby and we booked the entire property. It was large enough to accommodate our 4 families which included 3 little children. We all had our own space when needed but enjoyed breakfast and dinner each evening together in the Cabernet Suite. Carolyn was very accommodating to our needs and always happy to take our calls when we needed her assistance. Great location for the wineries and restaurants.
