Only three minutes from Surfers Point and ten minutes from town, the property is perfectly positioned to explore the region’s beaches, wineries, and natural beauty. Nearby cycle and walkway networks connect you easily to Gnarabup Beach, the beloved White Elephant Café, and The Common Bistro, just two kilometres away.

From its elevated position, Carpe Mykonos looks out across a shared tennis court and pavilion (shared with Carpe Vino) toward the Indian Ocean beyond. Guests are welcome to use the court, with tennis racquets and balls provided.

The property also features a plentiful mini orchard filled with fruit trees, inviting guests to wander and pick seasonal produce during their stay. The open-plan living area features a 65-inch TV, slow-combustion wood heater, reverse-cycle air conditioning, and a children’s TV nook in the bunk room. Ceiling fans are fitted throughout.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge/freezer, oven, electric cooktop, microwave, and coffee machine, along with everything you need for home cooking and baking. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with essentials such as dishwashing liquid, sponges, tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels, and serviettes—everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay.
