The open-plan living area features a 65-inch TV, European slow-combustion wood heater for cosy winter nights, reverse-cycle air conditioning, and a children’s TV nook in the bunk room. All bedrooms include ceiling fans for year-round comfort.

The modern chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking, with a large fridge/freezer, oven, electric cooktop, microwave, and coffee machine. Essentials such as olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, and sugar are provided, along with plastic wrap, foil, paper towels, serviettes, sponges, dishwashing liquid, and tea towels. The dining table seats eight, and the large outdoor deck is perfect for barbecues and sunset drinks as the light fades across the trees and ocean beyond. Soft lighting along the driveway enhances the tranquil bushland atmosphere after dark.

All linen and towels are professionally laundered, and the laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, and detergent for guest use.
