Set on a two and a half acre native bush block, Lemon Gum Retreat provides stunning treed views from both the beautiful large outdoor deck and living spaces. Lemon Gum Retreat is a stylish and modern home located a short bike ride to the centre of Margaret River and the mountain bike trail hub, and just a 5-10 minute drive to the famous surf breaks and swimming beaches of Prevelly.
Fully appointed with brand new furnishings and equipment, you'll find everything you will ever need to enjoy a quick break or extended stay. Relax and enjoy the tranquil views from the main living area with flooding natural light from the north facing aspect leading to the integrated outdoor deck. A comfortable lounge suite and flat screen TV give you that at home feeling.
The kitchen is very well stocked for those looking for cooking and baking wares. Featuring a large fridge/freezer, gas hotplate with electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and much more.
The dining table seats a large group. Enjoy a barbeque and glass of Margaret River wine on the deck as you watch the kangaroos graze and listen to the bird life.

Both bathrooms feature showers over the bath. With your stay we also include shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash.
Linen and towels are provided and laundered. We also have a washer (with laundry detergent) and dryer in Bathroom 2 should the need arise. Other amenities include dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels and serviettes.
