The newly renovated Silver Leaf cottage offers you a central location to relax or make the most of your Margaret River escape. The ideal location is a short stroll to town for your morning breakfast or gourmet dinner! Well-appointed with everything you will need for a short stay or to spend extra time to explore everything the Region has to offer.
The house comprises of three bedrooms, one bathroom with separate toilet, kitchen, dining room and open plan living area with split system air conditioner and wood fireplace. The kitchen is very well stocked for those who love to cook. Featuring a fridge/ freezer, hotplate, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and much more. There is also an outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and outdoor setting to enjoy the garden with a cup of tea or glass of Margaret River wine as you soak up the sunset and listen to the birdlife. Wi-fi is included with your stay.
Silver Leaf can sleep 6 people in 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Linen and towels are provided and laundered. We also have a washing machine (with detergent provided) should the need arise. Other amenities include dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea and coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels and serviettes.
Silver Leaf cottage is located in a quiet residential area and designed for family holidays, and therefore not a suitable venue for functions, parties or to be used for large social gatherings. Holidays Margaret River does not accept bookings from Leavers or associated groups.
