Home on Valley is a favourite for a relaxing Margaret River holiday. Privately tucked away in a quiet location, the elevated property overlooks State Forest and provides an ambience of seclusion and serenity, however, the conveniences of town are less than a 400 metre stroll away. Both walk trails and some of WA's best mountain bike trails are within 1 km of Home on Valley. Also just a 5-10 minute drive to the famous surf breaks and swimming beaches of Prevelly.
Fully appointed with brand new furnishings and equipment, you'll find everything you will ever need to enjoy a quick break or extended stay at this newly built home. The outdoor entertaining area with large gas bbq has been orientated to maximise the uninterrupted views over the tree filled valley to the north.
The brand new kitchen has ample work-space for creating a feast and merges seamlessly with the open plan living. Home on Valley can sleep 8 people in 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout you will be comfortable all year round. The indoor wood fireplace is a lovely addition.

Linen and towels are provided and laundered. We also have a washing machine (with detergent) in the laundry should the need arise. Other amenities include dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea and coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels and serviettes.
This house is for family holidays only (as are all of our holiday homes), and is not a venue for functions, party house or to be used for large social gatherings. Holidays Margaret River does not accept bookings from Leavers or associated groups.
